Support for social workers and new therapist

Being in the helping profession of Social Work can be stressful as we carry the burdens of the clients we interact with. If you are a social worker or new therapist who needs a social worker or a therapist , I can help.

You are here Because…

  • You are questioning your career choice.

  • You are burned out or overwhelmed by the clients you help and the expectation to always figure it out, or “create miracles.”

  • You have not found a good balance between your work responsibilities and personal life and responsibilities.

  • You have internal conflict due to how you want to impact the people you work with and how you are mandated to work with clients.

How I Can help…

I provide a safe space for you to let your guard down and vent about work related stressors from a place of empathy with over ten years of social work experience. I utilize a variety of skills from different modalities and center them to you and what you are currently experiencing. I work to help you identify your core values and assess if your actions (and work) align with your identified values and employment role. I will also help you explore additional roles within the Social Work career or the possibility of self employment.

Being in the helping profession of Social Work can be challenging. I enjoy helping social workers navigate their careers in a way that feels rewarding, which in-turn, is rewarding to me!
